  1. Job brief (in person, if possible).
  2. Advertise the job – LinkedIn, database, job boards.
  3. Headhunting immediately after briefing.
  4. Conducting thorough screening process and briefing candidates.
  5. Candidate registrations.
  6. CV submissions (99% CVs: interview ratio).
  7. Pre-interview prep with candidates.
  8. Debrief after interview with candidate and client.
  9. Present offer to candidate (1:3 interview to offer ratio).
  10. Liaise with HR for contracts and offer letters.
  11. Keep in touch with client and candidate through onboarding process.
