Before:
- Opening a new division and needed to build a new sales team.
- Had 2 team members with plans to grow to 6 by the end of year, and 8 the following year.
- Working with several recruitment providers who did not understand the brief and were under delivering.
- Receiving CVs/candidates who would not be able to commute to the location and/or were not a good fit for the position(s).
- Struggling to generate enough of their own candidates by direct approach.

- First placement within 2 weeks of first contact.
- Team is now 14 with majority of hires placed by Dobson Welch.
- Trusted partner who they can be confident will be able to fill positions and represent the company well in the marketplace.

Process:
- Job brief (in person, if possible).
- Advertise the job – LinkedIn, database, job boards.
- Headhunting immediately after briefing.
- Conducting thorough screening process and briefing candidates.
- Candidate registrations.
- CV submissions (99% CVs: interview ratio).
- Pre-interview prep with candidates.
- Debrief after interview with candidate and client.
- Present offer to candidate (1:3 interview to offer ratio).
- Liaise with HR for contracts and offer letters.
- Keep in touch with client and candidate through onboarding process.
